Training and Development

In line with Armacell's commitment as anchored in its corporate values, talent management, training and development are key aspects of our corporate culture.

Armacell performs Annual Performance & Development Reviews (APDR) to foster an environment in which talent development is a key process. They allow employees to get feedback on their performance, to assess their skills based on a core competence model that defines the required standards, to define a personal development plan and to set individual objectives for the year. These reviews form the basis of our review conferences, which enable us to create transparency regarding the potential throughout the company and forecast organisational changes for the future. The internal training programme is based on our strategic focus, our standards, and our on programmes such as the World Class Armacell Mindset (WAM).

In addition our coporate human resource department has established the following qualification programmes:

  • More than 500 managers worldwide have been trained in "-Leadership @ Armacell-" to improve their managerial skills
  • Over 100 people have improved their project management skills thanks to the "Project Management Training" programme
  • Over 200 people have enhanced their technical knowledge by taking part in the  "Technical Sales Workshop" programme
